Eligibility for Returns
We accept returns on eligible products that are unused, in their original packaging, and returned within 14 days of delivery. To initiate a return, please contact our support team with your order number and a brief explanation of the issue. We reserve the right to decline returns if the product shows signs of use or is not returned in its original condition.
Due to hygiene and safety concerns, e-liquids, opened coils, and used vape devices cannot be returned unless proven defective on arrival.
Damaged or Defective Products
If you receive a product that is damaged or defective, please notify us within 48 hours of receiving your order. Include a clear description of the issue along with photos or video, if possible. We will assess the case and offer either a replacement or a refund based on the product condition and availability.
Refund Process
Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, a refund will be processed to your original method of payment. Please allow a few business days for the refund to reflect, depending on your bank or payment provider.
Exchanges
